If you have Type II Diabetes your medications (including insulin) simply treat the symptoms, but do nothing to resolve the underlying problem. Type II Diabetes is preventable and in many cases it can be reversed and eliminated.

The liver/gallbladder plays a major role in the break-down, digestion and absorption of fats and your fat soluble vitamins (if you have gallstones in most cases they can be removed without surgery in about 10 days). If you have had your gallbladder removed your digestion will not recover without learning the necessary steps to take for proper digestion and absorption of your fat soluble vitamins such as omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, vitamin A, D, E, and K, these nutrient losses may lead to abdominal pain/bloating, headache/migraines, fibromyalgia, hormonal imbalances, dry skin, thinning hair and auto immune symptoms.

In the small intestine problems with parasites, candida, or an imbalance of the microbiome (the good bacteria and yeasts). Taking antibiotics can have a devastating effect on your microbiome, and while you may be trying to solve one problem, you are creating several other problems, such as sinusitis, candida, vaginitis, etc. Eighty percent of your immune system is in your gastrointestinal tract. If you are experiencing health challenges, this may be the first place to look!

Evacuation the root of many health issues. Layers of mucoid plaque and/or fecal matter stuck to the inside walls of the intestine prevent nutrition from being assimilated into your system; this can lead to overeating, poor digestion and constipation. For most people a healthy colon will evacuate within one hour of each meal. Lack of fiber and water, and/or too many caffeinate beverages contribute to constipation

In addition to all of the above considerations, we must also address our hormonal balance, which play a major role in our health and well-being. We have hormones that tell us when to eat and when to stop eating; our thyroid hormones regulate our body’s metabolism; too much sugar in our system can increase our risk of depression by 58%; sugar can impair the blood flow leading to sexual dysfunction and sexual arousal disorder in women; excessive sugar leads to inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, cardiovascular disease, blindness, kidney failure, and neuropathy and amputations.

Please understand! Diabetes and obesity don’t just happen we create the problems with our poor lifestyle and eating choices.

Learn how to manage your life, improve your health and vitality with our

“LIFESTYLE CHOICES PROGRAM”

Individually designed for your current health challenges.
